Supports NGO project implementation, planning, monitoring, reporting, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination. The role assists with project outputs, narrative and financial reports, risk identification, learning activities, evaluations, and knowledge sharing while collaborating with finance, communications, advocacy teams, field partners, and beneficiaries.

Manages fundraising channel performance, budgets, donor acquisition and retention analytics, reporting, dashboards, CRM administration, campaign data selections, GDPR compliance, and external partner coordination. The role provides data-driven insights to optimize fundraising campaigns, supports cross-functional collaboration, and contributes to design materials and fundraising initiatives across markets.

Supports the Finance Team Lead with global accounting, payment processing, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, audits, project accounting, and financial administration. The role provides accounting guidance to finance staff and budget holders, oversees controls and data quality, supports fundraising revenue processes, coordinates audit materials, and executes improvements in asset and foreign exchange management. It also serves as deputy to the Finance Team Lead and provides operational continuity during absences.
