Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and niche nonprofit roles on a 4-month temporary contract. Conduct strategic intake meetings, source passive candidates, manage agency partners, use ATS and recruiting metrics to track pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding to ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transitions.

Serve as front-desk contact for clients, manage family resource center and referrals, process assessments and records, maintain databases and reports, support outreach and interoffice coordination, and provide backup to intake and provider support.

Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvements across five Alameda County offices. Coordinate projects, vendors, furniture installs, moves, inventory, and preventative maintenance. Provide basic workplace technology and event support, perform routine inspections and minor repairs, and ensure safety, compliance, and a welcoming employee experience.

Manage full lifecycle of grants and contracts including proposal and budget development, compliance monitoring, reporting, funder communication, recordkeeping, audit support, internal coordination, and training to ensure accurate, timely use of funds and adherence to funder requirements.

Provide Covered California enrollment assistance, explain plans and subsidies, input applicant data, qualify leads for other programs, support CalFresh and Brilliant Baby applications, cover front desk duties, staff community outreach events, and work on-site in Oakland and Pleasanton several days weekly.

Support Medi-Cal billing and clinical program administration by entering and reconciling service data in Smart Care and Exym, ensuring accurate diagnoses and documentation, assisting with client intake, records requests, file closeouts, reporting, and county system compliance to enable timely reimbursement and service delivery.

Onboard, train, and support licensed childcare providers; manage provider documentation and data entry (CC4); follow up on timesheets; handle provider payment inquiries and monthly payment communications; create training materials; collect and upload required forms; perform related administrative tasks.
