Own end-to-end strategic projects: market entry, pricing, GTM redesigns; build unit-economics and cohort models; run funnel analyses and experiments; prepare board/investor materials; execute recommendations and act as CGO chief of staff to drive weekly rhythm and priorities.

Own group consolidation and complex accounting across multiple European entities. Manage intercompany accounting, accruals, provisions, AP/AR clean-up, month-end reporting, audit coordination, and prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under HGB.
