Lead actuarial strategy for HMO products by developing pricing and risk models, analyzing claims and healthcare trends, supporting product development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and presenting insights to leadership. Manage and mentor a Pricing Specialist while collaborating with Finance, Underwriting, Operations, and Sales. Drive improvements in actuarial methodologies, processes, and tools to support sustainable financial performance.

Leads accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, payment reconciliation, aging analysis, account maintenance, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement. Manages the receivables team, collaborates with growth and operations teams, supports month-end and year-end close activities, and provides documentation for audits and compliance. The role requires onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig twice weekly.

Own the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, offers, and negotiations. Partner with hiring managers, leadership, and agencies to define hiring needs and timelines. Manage the ATS, analyze recruitment metrics, improve processes, support employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work in Ortigas once weekly.
