Own end-to-end US customer deployments from kickoff through commissioning, validation, go-live, and operational handover. Coordinate customers, engineering, operations, equipment, logistics, site readiness, safety, and technical dependencies. Lead customer communication, on-site deployment activities, testing, acceptance, risk management, and cross-functional issue resolution. Develop repeatable deployment processes and playbooks as Hive scales its US operations.

Own Hive’s live US customer operations in Texas, including operator recruitment, training, shift coverage, safety, quality, KPIs, customer communication, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Build the initial US operating infrastructure, support early autonomous-machine deployments, establish scalable procedures, and create feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Lead operators and develop reliable, safe, and predictable operations across customer sites.

Own operational delivery of Hive's UK proof-of-concepts, validations and deployments. Lead site readiness, commissioning, operator training, shift planning and first-line support. Ensure safety, uptime and customer satisfaction while building processes, documentation and recruiting to scale operations. Capture feedback to improve the platform and deployment methodology.

Build a machine-agnostic physical AI platform to enable autonomous operation of existing industrial equipment. Work spans vision-language models, low-latency control systems, edge and cloud inference pipelines, embedded firmware, hardware retrofits, computer vision, and infrastructure/SRE to deploy autonomy at scale across logistics, manufacturing, and chemical production.
