Validates electrical and communication integrity, supports safety reviews and fault analysis, leads vehicle bring-up and troubleshooting, and guides technicians through installation and testing. Regular travel to customer facilities is required.

Build Hive’s Nordic market by generating pipeline, selling supervised autonomy to industrial customers, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals, expanding accounts across sites and machines, developing dealer partnerships, and creating the Nordic sales playbook. The role requires frequent travel to industrial locations, technical product fluency, business-case development, quota ownership, and collaboration with customers from site managers through executives.

Build Hive’s US market for autonomous heavy machinery by generating pipeline, targeting industrial accounts, managing complex deals end to end, launching initial customer deployments, expanding accounts, and creating the US sales playbook. The role requires an established industrial network, consultative selling ability, technical fluency, quota achievement, multi-stakeholder deal experience, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Own the commercial rollout of Hive’s supervised autonomy platform across a major European building materials customer. Develop site-by-site rollout plans, business cases, pricing, KPIs, and governance; manage executive and site-level stakeholders; coordinate with Delivery, Product, and Engineering; and ensure each site is commercially ready, profitable, and transitioned effectively. The role also establishes Hive’s repeatable model for managing global strategic accounts.

Build and lead Hive’s UK and Ireland sales market for autonomous heavy machinery. Close expansions with flagship customers, win new quarry and industrial accounts, develop pipeline, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals end to end, handle technical questions, and create the UK sales playbook. The role requires extensive travel to quarries, plants, construction sites, and customer locations.

Designs and integrates electrical systems connecting Hive autonomy hardware to customer vehicles. Responsibilities include vehicle architecture analysis, wiring harness and power distribution design, CAN and J1939 interfaces, component selection, electrical documentation, validation, safety reviews, troubleshooting, and on-site bring-up. The role also guides technicians through installation and rework, supports customer deployments, and develops reusable electrical integration standards.

Designs and integrates electrical systems between Hive autonomy hardware and customer vehicles. Responsibilities include analyzing vehicle architectures, designing wiring harnesses and low-voltage power distribution, selecting electrical components, defining CAN and J1939 interfaces, producing schematics and BOMs, validating electrical performance, troubleshooting vehicle systems, supporting safety reviews, and guiding technicians during installation and testing.

Owns end-to-end integration of autonomous vehicle retrofits, from vehicle assessment and mechanical installation through system bring-up, debugging, testing, field commissioning, and customer acceptance. Coordinates mechanical, electrical, embedded, robotics, and deployment teams while developing adapter kits, bills of materials, drawings, installation procedures, and repeatable integration processes.

Develop low-level embedded controls and communication interfaces for industrial vehicles. Responsibilities include analyzing CAN, J1939, and proprietary protocols; integrating Beckhoff PLCs and TwinCAT; implementing commands, state machines, diagnostics, and fault handling; building tests and simulators; debugging machine bring-up; and supporting customer-site commissioning. The role requires collaboration with electrical, robotics, and vehicle integration engineers.

Develop and integrate machine drivers, hardware abstractions, sensor and actuator interfaces, and vehicle-specific software for Hive’s autonomous robotics platform. Connect vehicle data, commands, diagnostics, and telemetry; configure and calibrate systems; debug hardware-software issues; and create automated, simulation, regression, and hardware-in-the-loop tests. Validate robotic systems on real machines, support field commissioning and customer acceptance, and help develop reusable integration patterns.

Own end-to-end US customer deployments from kickoff through commissioning, validation, go-live, and operational handover. Coordinate customers, engineering, operations, equipment, logistics, site readiness, safety, and technical dependencies. Lead customer communication, on-site deployment activities, testing, acceptance, risk management, and cross-functional issue resolution. Develop repeatable deployment processes and playbooks as Hive scales its US operations.

Own Hive’s live US customer operations in Texas, including operator recruitment, training, shift coverage, safety, quality, KPIs, customer communication, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Build the initial US operating infrastructure, support early autonomous-machine deployments, establish scalable procedures, and create feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Lead operators and develop reliable, safe, and predictable operations across customer sites.

Build a machine-agnostic physical AI platform to enable autonomous operation of existing industrial equipment. Work spans vision-language models, low-latency control systems, edge and cloud inference pipelines, embedded firmware, hardware retrofits, computer vision, and infrastructure/SRE to deploy autonomy at scale across logistics, manufacturing, and chemical production.
