At Hive, we're building the defining physical AI platform of the next decade.
Industrial labor is one of the most acute bottlenecks in the global economy. Operators are expensive, hard to retain, and working in environments that are increasingly unsafe. The shortage is structural. The window to solve it is now.
Our answer is a machine-agnostic intelligence platform that lets any machine, on any site, perceive, decide, and act autonomously. One platform. Any machine. No fleet replacement.
Already live across multiple sites and customers in Europe - spanning logistics and warehousing, industrial manufacturing, and large-scale chemical production - with a US expansion underway.
The vision: one operator managing hundreds of machines simultaneously. Productive machine-hour cost dropping by 80x, and unlocks the next productivity revolution in physical work.
The mission is to make productivity limitless. Come and help us build it.
We're always looking for exceptional engineers.
One of the hardest problems in robotics is hardware. At Hive, the starting point looks different: the machines already exist. Instead of building robots from scratch, we bring autonomy to industrial equipment already operating in the real world, at real scale.
The work spans vision-language models for physical machines, real-time low-latency control systems, edge and cloud inference pipelines, proprietary industrial machine data, and hardware retrofit kits designed to work across equipment types, makes, and models.
We keep our teams small and highly capable by design. Just as important is creating an environment with trust, ownership, and support for the people doing the work.
Our CTO has built humanoid robotics systems from the ground up. Our founder previously built and sold autonomous offshore crane technology to Ocean Infinity. That experience shapes how we build: with technical depth, urgency, and a strong bias toward deployment.
We regularly hire across AI/ML, robotics and controls, computer vision, embedded systems, firmware, and infrastructure/SRE. If you have deep experience in one of these areas - especially in autonomous systems, autonomous driving, industrial robotics, or real-time embedded software - we'd love to hear from you.
If this sounds like the right next chapter, register your interest below.

What We Do
Hive Autonomy develops a machine-agnostic AI platform, known as the 'silicon brain,' that retrofits existing industrial machinery—such as excavators and forklifts—into autonomous agents. Their mission is to revolutionize industrial productivity by enabling remote multi-machine control and autonomous operation across logistics, mining, and construction, significantly reducing reliance on manual labor while enhancing safety and operational efficiency for industrial fleets globally.
