The Global Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of outsourced manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has a strong background in medical device manufacturing with expertise in fiber optics and laser engineering.

Manage daily plant manufacturing operations, lead cultural changes, monitor operation metrics, ensure safety and quality standards, drive production departments, develop personnel skills, coordinate continuous improvements, prepare budgets, procure maintenance and manufacturing supplies, recruit and evaluate personnel.

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Responsible for overseeing program development, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, monitoring projects, and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience in project coordination, costing, and risk mitigation. Promotes continuous improvement culture and leads by example to create a positive work environment.
