Responsibilities include workforce planning, sourcing, talent pipeline development, candidate assessment, offer management, ATS maintenance, recruiting metrics, candidate communication, employer branding support, and coaching hiring managers on equitable, data-informed hiring decisions.

The Associate Development Engineer designs, develops, tests, and integrates mechanical and related systems for regulated medical devices. Responsibilities include remediating design specifications, performing engineering analyses, conducting risk and hazard assessments, supporting manufacturability and manufacturing transfer, developing tests, participating in design reviews, and maintaining design-control documentation. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and supports product verification, validation, and launch activities.

Plans and executes professional medical device meetings and events, managing timelines, venues, vendors, budgets, registration, travel, accommodations, AV, onsite support, compliance, and post-event reporting. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, maintains planning documentation and systems, supports process improvements, and ensures successful attendee experiences while traveling domestically and internationally.
