The role is on-site in Petoskey, Michigan and includes occasional travel and overnight stays.

Oversee food and beverage operations across two restaurant locations, including daily operations, menus, quality, compliance, staffing, training, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Lead restaurant general managers and chefs, coordinate with marketing and procurement, resolve guest concerns, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to improve service standards, efficiency, and revenue.

Leads strategy and daily operations across multiple luxury hotels, restaurants, and event venues. Oversees guest experience, revenue growth, budgeting, labor and expense control, sales and marketing alignment, team development, brand positioning, capital projects, and organizational change. Maintains a visible on-property presence, drives service excellence and accountability, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures properties achieve financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
