Drive regional sales growth in Northern Texas by managing dealer channels (dealers, integrators, resellers), engaging strategic end-users, developing sales strategies, providing field support and training, performing system design/cost estimating, collaborating with specifiers, and delivering sales forecasting and reporting. Responsible for partner relations, trade show representation, and exceeding sales targets while traveling extensively within the region.

Sell FIDO and identity solutions to enterprise and government customers across US, EMEA, and APAC. Generate new business, expand accounts, manage full sales cycle, work with channel partners and OEMs, advise on identity architecture and authentication strategies, and provide product feedback to cross-functional teams.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will manage AWS infrastructure, automate deployments, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security practices in development and operations.

Provide Level 1 technical support for Protech perimeter intrusion and physical security systems (hardware, sensors, networking). Troubleshoot GFENCE/GWALL, infrared barriers, dual/triple-technology sensors, and hatch intrusion devices; document cases, maintain SLAs, escalate complex issues, and support field installations and calibration. Onsite role with occasional after-hours on-call support.
