Leads expense variance analysis, close package preparation, departmental P&L forecasting, headcount planning, and weekly headcount reconciliations. Partners with accounting, HR, finance leaders, and executives to support planning and reporting. Maintains headcount actuals and forecasts, contributes to finance and accounting projects, and develops financial models using Adaptive Insights and advanced Excel.

Own expense variance analysis, forecasting, headcount analytics, SaaS metric dashboards, and executive reporting. Partner with Accounting, HR, and department leaders to support accurate financial close, workforce planning, and business decisions. Improve FP&A systems and automate reporting workflows, including support for Adaptive Insights. Contribute to strategic projects and provide insights to senior leadership in a fast-growing SaaS organization.

Drives enterprise SaaS revenue by prospecting strategic accounts, building pipelines, conducting discovery, mapping solutions to business needs, negotiating commercial terms, and closing complex six-figure deals. Engages C-suite HR leaders, maintains Salesforce pipeline hygiene, forecasts accurately, uses Gong for conversation analytics, and collaborates with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Renewals to grow customer value and retention. This is a remote, work-from-home position.
