Teams at HireVue

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrations (especially Workday). Lead discovery, backlog prioritization, Agile product ownership, certification to GA, go-to-market enablement, and monitor integration health and support.

Support design, development, testing, and quality review of assessments. Apply I/O psychology, research, and data analysis to build prototypes and AI-enabled features. Evaluate reliability, validity, fairness, and candidate experience, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical teams.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Hirevue's evaluation and hiring platform. Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science and GTM teams to define, build, launch, and iterate data-driven features, own prioritization, metrics, adoption and post-launch learning, and support customers and teams through documentation and training.
