Owned outreach to a cohort of existing domestic and international customers to drive platform migrations, secure commitments and scheduling, mitigate churn through consultative objection handling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize messaging/campaigns, and identify expansion opportunities to hand off to sales and professional services.

Independently manage end-to-end implementations for small to mid-sized clients: configure the HireVue platform, design recruitment workflows, run workshops, test solutions, develop project plans, mitigate risks, and deliver training to ensure adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success and act as a trusted advisor through change management.

The Solution Architect partners with clients to redesign hiring processes, presents ROI analyses, leads demonstrations, and mentors teams, leveraging SaaS expertise.
