Owns expense-side financial planning and analysis for designated departments, including monthly and quarterly variance analysis, close package preparation, P&L forecasting, headcount reconciliation, and expense planning. The role partners with Accounting, HR, department leaders, and executives, supports finance projects, maintains headcount data, and improves financial models. It is fully remote within the US, with some state hiring restrictions.

Drives enterprise SaaS revenue by prospecting strategic accounts, building pipelines, conducting discovery, mapping solutions to business needs, negotiating commercial terms, and closing complex six-figure deals. Engages C-suite HR leaders, maintains Salesforce pipeline hygiene, forecasts accurately, uses Gong for conversation analytics, and collaborates with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Renewals to grow customer value and retention. This is a remote, work-from-home position.
