Provides executive oversight for major commercial construction projects across Florida. Leads project performance, budgets, schedules, procurement, staffing, risk management, financial reporting, contract administration, client relationships, and operational execution from preconstruction through closeout. Mentors project managers, superintendents, and project teams while driving profitability, consistency, continuous improvement, and company growth.
