Own analytics for operational areas by defining KPIs, building Tableau dashboards and SQL queries, validating data quality, uncovering insights, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders and leaders. The role involves requirements gathering, scoping ambiguous analytics initiatives, maintaining dashboards, driving adoption, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve shared-services operations.

Draft, review, and negotiate reinsurance, program administration, claims, and related agreements. Identify wording and contractual risks, develop mitigation options, implement escalation processes, support compliant decision-making, and collaborate with underwriting teams, reinsurers, management, and other departments in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Analyzes reinsurance contracts, portfolio exposures, and reinsurer financial strength to support risk strategy and placement decisions. Coordinates with finance, underwriting, claims, corporate risk, CAT modeling, brokers, and program teams. Reviews ceded contracts, develops executive reports and market presentations, supports exposure modeling, coordinates document and term implementation, and ensures mandatory state data submissions. Requires 3–6 years of insurance or reinsurance experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
