Lead forms and compliance for homeowners P&C products: own the forms lifecycle (drafting, versioning, SERFF filings, implementation, retirement), monitor regulatory and ISO changes, translate requirements for Product and Legal, enable growth with underwriting and engineering, establish governance, and hire/develop a forms analyst.

Lead and grow a homeowners insurance modeling team to build by-peril loss models, demand and retention analyses, and weather/catastrophe models. Develop reusable Python/SQL tooling and implement models in an Airflow-based pipeline, partnering with Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Product, and Data Engineering to deploy and translate insights into business recommendations.

Lead the development and management of Hippo's enterprise compliance program, ensuring adherence to insurance regulatory frameworks and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
