Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and operations for a regulated, publicly traded insurer: own SOC 2 and SOX-related controls, security operations, incident response, identity governance, privacy, third-party risk, security engineering, board reporting, and business continuity while building teams and driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, security operations, and GRC for a publicly traded, multi-state insurance carrier. Own SOC 2, incident response, identity governance, privacy, vendor risk, security engineering, and board/regulator reporting while building and mentoring the security team.

Lead martech and acquisition product initiatives: own CDP, tag management, tracking, landing pages, and marketing automation. Lead Hippo's InsurTech scouting and innovation pipeline: track emerging vendors, vet partnerships and data sources, produce decision-ready recommendations for executives, manage vendor and VC relationships, report on pilot outcomes, and represent the company at industry events. Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, product, and data science to align scouting with strategic priorities and measure ROI.

Lead forms and compliance for homeowners P&C products: own the forms lifecycle (drafting, versioning, SERFF filings, implementation, retirement), monitor regulatory and ISO changes, translate requirements for Product and Legal, enable growth with underwriting and engineering, establish governance, and hire/develop a forms analyst.
