Lead day-to-day ceded reinsurance operations, including contract setup, system testing, reconciliations, cash application, billing statements, settlements, and reporting. Serve as the ReAcct subject matter expert and business liaison with Data, IT, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and external vendors. Ensure accurate financial close, SOX compliance, and timely resolution of reinsurance receivables, payables, and operational issues.

Serve as the primary HR partner for business and technical functions, advising leaders on organizational health, talent planning, performance, workforce strategy, and employee relations. Analyzes reinsurance contracts, portfolio exposures, and reinsurer financial strength to support risk strategy and placement decisions. Coordinates with finance, underwriting, claims, corporate risk, CAT modeling, brokers, and program teams. Reviews ceded contracts, develops executive reports and market presentations, supports exposure modeling, coordinates document and term implementation, and ensures mandatory state data submissions. Requires 3–6 years of insurance or reinsurance experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Translate homeowners insurance business projects into clear engineering requirements for rating, underwriting, forms, and business rules. Coordinate with Insurance Product and Engineering teams, maintain technical documentation and product source-of-truth files, track delivery deadlines, perform post-production testing, resolve defects through policy research, and support accurate implementation of product changes.

The Director of Program Business oversees program management and underwriting for Spinnaker, managing P&L, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives while collaborating across teams to drive success.

Support general counsel with corporate governance, records management, regulatory filings, licensing, and compliance for insurance holding companies. Manage service of process, file Form Bs/Ds, maintain officer/director records, assist compliance reporting, perform basic legal research and drafting, and provide administrative support to regulatory interactions and board activities.

Own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push) using Braze/Customer.io, code personalized messages with HTML/CSS/Liquid, build segments with SQL/Tableau, monitor deliverability, integrate and troubleshoot APIs, and improve operational workflows through cross-functional collaboration and testing.
