Manages the analytics and planning team, supports vendor budgeting and cost models, identifies operational risks and process improvements, and translates data into recommendations for leadership and service delivery teams.

Leads enterprise talent acquisition strategy, team development, workforce planning, recruiting operations, forecasting, executive reporting, technology direction, employer branding, and change management. Advises executives on hiring strategy, talent markets, organizational design, internal mobility, compensation governance, and recruiting performance while building scalable, compliant, and data-driven TA operations.

Partners with senior leaders to develop talent strategies, lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, improve hiring processes, conduct talent mapping, and build competitive sourcing pipelines. Uses recruiting analytics, structured interviewing, AI-enabled tools, and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes. Advises on offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, inclusive hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience across Product and Business functions.
