Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, data science, and product roles. Develop sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, manage candidate experiences, and advise hiring leaders on technical hiring, compensation, and offers. Use recruiting metrics, AI-enabled tools, technical assessments, interview frameworks, and ATS platforms to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Partner with stakeholders on employer branding, calibration, and continuous recruitment process improvement.

Lead and execute end-to-end mixed-methods UX research for Growth product teams, focusing on monetization, international expansion, accessibility, and inclusive product design. Build research roadmaps, generate actionable insights quickly, partner cross-functionally with PMs, designers, data science, and marketing, and mentor other researchers while championing team culture and clarity.

Designs, builds, and maintains data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, data models, and analytics data warehouses. Ensures accurate data flow from creation through presentation layers and supports reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver data products, improves engineering tooling and pipelines, participates in on-call support, and uses cloud, containerization, orchestration, streaming, and CI/CD technologies.
