Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and drivers to ensure excellent guest service, maximize room revenue and productivity, manage schedules, budgets and systems, hire/train and develop staff, ensure SOP/union compliance, coordinate projects and respond to guest feedback and social media.

Lead group sales to generate and manage group room revenue by prospecting new business, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, collaborating with revenue management and operations, mentoring sales staff, and delivering sales reports and forecasts to meet hotel revenue goals.

Oversee hotel engineering operations, maintenance, preventative maintenance, safety and energy management. Supervise and train hourly engineering staff, manage budgets, inspections, vendor and contractor work, respond to guest and emergency issues, and ensure compliance with codes and hotel standards.

Manage accounts payable using Reeco, handle vendor management and reconciliations, assist the Controller with month-end close and accruals (entered into M3), and oversee cash management including hotel safe and house bank reconciliations.
