Support the sales team by managing group blocks, entering group bookings and rooming lists, handling guest correspondence and front desk duties, assisting with social media, and preparing sales-related forecasts and reports. Will gain responsibilities such as booking small group blocks, conducting site inspections, and developing proposals as training progresses.

Provide administrative and customer-facing support for the sales and catering teams: manage proposals, contracts, phone inquiries, site tours, BEO packets, event signage, payments, inventory, PMS/database entries, and assist with tradeshows and meetings.

Lead group sales to generate and manage group room revenue by prospecting new business, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, collaborating with revenue management and operations, mentoring sales staff, and delivering sales reports and forecasts to meet hotel revenue goals.
