Solicits and manages corporate, incentive, and group hotel business to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, outside sales calls, site inspections, client relationship development, event servicing, revenue maximization, and coordinating with hotel departments. The role develops segment strategies, researches markets, participates in trade shows, maintains booking documentation, and ensures customer satisfaction. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Provide administrative and customer-facing support for the sales and catering teams: manage proposals, contracts, phone inquiries, site tours, BEO packets, event signage, payments, inventory, PMS/database entries, and assist with tradeshows and meetings.

Lead group sales to generate and manage group room revenue by prospecting new business, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, collaborating with revenue management and operations, mentoring sales staff, and delivering sales reports and forecasts to meet hotel revenue goals.
