Provides administrative, clerical, scheduling, database, correspondence, reporting, filing, communication, and operational support for a department or program. Coordinates with internal departments, maintains confidential records and procedures, responds to inquiries, assists with financial tasks, and supports youth aftercare transfers when applicable. The role requires office administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, a valid New York driver’s license, and travel between Hillside locations, warehouses, or stores.

Provides individualized and group skill-building, respite support, youth support groups, and engagement activities for youth in permanency programs. Coordinates with caregivers and care teams, documents progress, communicates challenges, and helps youth develop independent living, social, and coping skills. Requires crisis de-escalation, child development knowledge, community resource awareness, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and client-driven scheduling. Regular driving using a personal vehicle is required.

Provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to youth under LBA or BCBA supervision. Assists with functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, data collection and analysis, treatment planning, staff training, documentation, and skill generalization across home and community settings. Collaborates with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams while following regulatory and supervision requirements. The role does not permit independent clinical practice and may involve crisis intervention, physical restraints, variable schedules, and on-call duties.

Provide case management and aftercare services for youth and families: assess needs, connect to community resources, advocate, monitor engagement, conduct meetings and documentation, transport clients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure ongoing care post-discharge.

Supports students with special education needs through instructional assistance, classroom supervision, behavior management, crisis prevention, documentation, and participation in individualized education and safety plans. Provides direct instruction when teachers are absent and monitors students during school activities, recreation, and field trips. The role requires empathy, patience, safety awareness, physical restraint capability, and collaboration with teachers and staff.

Lead and manage community-based program operations, including budgeting, utilization monitoring, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, stakeholder and funder relationships, DEIB initiatives, emergency response, contract or program development, and data-driven decision making to ensure quality, trauma-informed services for youth and families.

Provide psychosocial care and transition planning for youth in residential treatment, coordinate community resources and aftercare, deliver psychoeducation, perform safety and discharge planning, transport clients, maintain records and compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful reintegration.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to youth: conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, collect and analyze data, train and mentor staff and caregivers, consult across interdisciplinary teams, maintain regulatory documentation, and support crisis prevention and intervention including occasional on-call duties for foster care program.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving employee relations, performance management, retention, talent development, change management, and HR policy compliance. Lead investigations and EEOC-related matters, support organizational design and training, and collaborate with legal and support teams to ensure consistent, lawful HR practices across multiple worksites.

Provide assessment and delivery of mental health care to adolescent males in residential care. Conduct individual and group therapy, develop and modify individualized service plans with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clinical progress, and provide consultation/training as appropriate.

Lead and manage daily operations of a therapeutic school, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality instruction, staff supervision and development, student attendance and behavior standards, family and district engagement, and overall administrative functions including scheduling, facilities, and training.

Provide hands-on instructional and behavioral support to students with special needs under teacher supervision. Assist with lesson preparation, monitor students during activities and field trips, implement safety and behavior plans (IEP, BIP, Proactive Safety Plans), use Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques, maintain required documentation, and cover classroom instruction when needed.

Oversee and facilitate academic, college and career enrichment for HWSC students. Build and maintain partnerships with schools, employers and higher-education partners; implement programming; support Youth Advocates; track student placement and progress in ETO; assist with college, financial aid and workforce preparation; deliver Youth Employment Training (YETA); mentor Specialist I staff; complete program paperwork and reports; and travel to multiple sites, including evenings and weekends.

Provide hands-on support to students with special education needs, assist teachers with instruction and materials, monitor behavior, apply TCI techniques, help implement IEPs/behavior plans, document progress, and cover instruction as needed under mentorship.

Plans and delivers recreational and team-building programs for youth in residential treatment; supervises recreation facilities and participants; documents case progress; participates in treatment teams; enforces safety, performs basic facility upkeep, and may physically restrain clients when necessary. Works variable schedules including evenings and weekends.
