Supervise and develop direct-care staff delivering therapeutic services for youth. Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, behavior management (SCIP), medication administration, regulatory documentation, safety, incident reporting, budgeting, family and external partner communication, and ensure a safe living environment.

Manage and lead the Technology Solutions team to plan and deliver technology projects (connectivity, A/V, security access control, web solutions, document management, conference/event support). Oversee staff, vendors, budgets, schedules, and testing; mentor technicians and ensure alignment with the Technology Roadmap and organizational standards.

Provide administrative, clerical, and operational support including correspondence, scheduling, database entry, visitor/caller management, report and presentation preparation, interdepartmental coordination, maintaining SOPs, assisting with financial tasks, and supporting residential aftercare processes. Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.

Supervise and coach Helpdesk Technology Support Specialists; assign and track support tasks, manage service request queue and inventory, assist with device configuration and deployments, escalate complex issues, ensure network security and service protocols, collaborate with HR and Partner Service Center, and support department goals and documentation.

Provide assessment and mental health treatment to youth and families in community, home, school, or residential settings. Create and implement treatment plans, deliver individual/group/family therapy, coordinate referrals and supports, maintain compliant documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. May transport clients, be on-call for certain programs, and work variable schedules.

Provide hands-on direct care and first-level supervision for youth services. Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving employee relations, performance management, retention, talent development, change management, and HR policy compliance. Lead investigations and EEOC-related matters, support organizational design and training, and collaborate with legal and support teams to ensure consistent, lawful HR practices across multiple worksites.

Responsible for clinical and operational oversight of a youth school-based program, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory and funder compliance, managing budgets and utilization, implementing trauma-informed evidence-based care, monitoring outcomes, liaising with funders/agencies, and supporting quality improvement and emergency response.

Support classroom teacher by providing hands-on instructional help, supervising and monitoring students, assisting with lesson prep and documentation, applying Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques, contributing to IEPs and behavior plans, and covering instruction when teachers are absent.

Supervise and lead Youth Advocates to deliver Hillside Work Scholarship Connection core services across assigned schools. Oversee staffing (hiring, scheduling, training), program delivery (after-school, summer, post-secondary support, family engagement), performance monitoring using BI reports, budget management, and partnership building with school personnel and community resources. Ensure youth and staff safety and compliance with policies.

Provide hands-on instructional and behavioral support to students with special needs, assist teachers with lesson preparation, implement safety and behavior plans (IEP/BIP/Proactive Safety Plans), use Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques, monitor students across settings, maintain compliant documentation, and occasionally provide direct instruction or physical restraints as needed.

Provide clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy, and documentation for youth and families across school, home, community, and residential settings. Supervise, consult, and train clinical staff, lead evidence-based practice implementation, coordinate referrals and external providers, ensure regulatory and funder compliance, and support continuous improvement and staff development.

Lead and manage daily operations of a therapeutic school, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality instruction, staff supervision and development, student attendance and behavior standards, family and district engagement, and overall administrative functions including scheduling, facilities, and training.

Oversee and facilitate academic, college and career enrichment for HWSC students. Build and maintain partnerships with schools, employers and higher-education partners; implement programming; support Youth Advocates; track student placement and progress in ETO; assist with college, financial aid and workforce preparation; deliver Youth Employment Training (YETA); mentor Specialist I staff; complete program paperwork and reports; and travel to multiple sites, including evenings and weekends.

Provide community-based mental health assessment and treatment to youth and families across home, school, community, or residential settings. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, conduct individual/group/family therapy, coordinate referrals and community supports, maintain clinical documentation, supervise/mentor junior staff and interns, and lead projects or trainings. May transport clients and work variable hours including evenings/weekends.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to youth: conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, collect and analyze data, train and mentor staff and caregivers, consult across interdisciplinary teams, maintain regulatory documentation, and support crisis prevention and intervention including occasional on-call duties for foster care program.

Provide assessment and delivery of mental health care to adolescent males in residential care. Conduct individual and group therapy, develop and modify individualized service plans with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clinical progress, and provide consultation/training as appropriate.

Provide hands-on support to students with special education needs, assist teachers with instruction and materials, monitor behavior, apply TCI techniques, help implement IEPs/behavior plans, document progress, and cover instruction as needed under mentorship.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis to youth with IDD: conduct FBAs, design and implement behavior plans, collect/analyze data, train and mentor staff, consult with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation and regulatory compliance. May include on-call responsibilities and occasional physical interventions.
