Teams at Hillside

Lead and manage community-based program operations, including budgeting, utilization monitoring, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, stakeholder and funder relationships, DEIB initiatives, emergency response, contract or program development, and data-driven decision making to ensure quality, trauma-informed services for youth and families.

Provide psychosocial care and transition planning for youth in residential treatment, coordinate community resources and aftercare, deliver psychoeducation, perform safety and discharge planning, transport clients, maintain records and compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful reintegration.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to youth: conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, collect and analyze data, train and mentor staff and caregivers, consult across interdisciplinary teams, maintain regulatory documentation, and support crisis prevention and intervention including occasional on-call duties for foster care program.
