Supervise and develop direct-care staff delivering therapeutic services for youth. Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, behavior management (SCIP), medication administration, regulatory documentation, safety, incident reporting, budgeting, family and external partner communication, and ensure a safe living environment.

Manage and lead the Technology Solutions team to plan and deliver technology projects (connectivity, A/V, security access control, web solutions, document management, conference/event support). Oversee staff, vendors, budgets, schedules, and testing; mentor technicians and ensure alignment with the Technology Roadmap and organizational standards.

Provide administrative, clerical, and operational support including correspondence, scheduling, database entry, visitor/caller management, report and presentation preparation, interdepartmental coordination, maintaining SOPs, assisting with financial tasks, and supporting residential aftercare processes. Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
