Lead and grow the church's online ministry by overseeing live online services, providing digital pastoral care, building online small groups, recruiting and training volunteers, partnering with communications for outreach, tracking engagement, and integrating online attendees into broader church life.

Seasonal church internship providing hands-on ministry training and leadership development. Interns plan and run events, build community relationships, participate in discipleship and personal growth, and support Hillside’s mission. School-year program (late Aug 2026–early May 2027), 10–20 hours/week, balancing school or work.

Lead preaching and teaching as part of the weekend rotation, collaborate on annual teaching calendar and series development, coach and develop emerging communicators, teach classes/seminars, partner with ministry leads to align teaching with discipleship and small groups, and serve relationally within the congregation.

Senior leader translating the church's vision into organizational reality. Oversees staff leadership and development, strategic planning, ministry effectiveness, and operations (finance, HR, facilities). Maintains pastoral presence, represents the church in the community, and fosters culture, accountability, and cross-ministry collaboration. Leads annual planning, budgets, performance reviews, and staff rhythms.
