Senior leader translating the church's vision into organizational reality. Oversees staff leadership and development, strategic planning, ministry effectiveness, and operations (finance, HR, facilities). Maintains pastoral presence, represents the church in the community, and fosters culture, accountability, and cross-ministry collaboration. Leads annual planning, budgets, performance reviews, and staff rhythms.

Lead Kinder–2nd grade ministry programming and volunteer teams, manage curriculum, worship, crafts, check-in operations, budget, and special events while ensuring child safety and family communication.

Lead and grow the church's online ministry by overseeing live online services, providing digital pastoral care, building online small groups, recruiting and training volunteers, partnering with communications for outreach, tracking engagement, and integrating online attendees into broader church life.
