Provide comprehensive reading instruction and interventions for students with disabilities, including assessment, progress monitoring, coaching and mentoring teachers, leading professional development, collaborative IEP-aligned planning, and developing instructional resources to support literacy growth.

Provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists and interns, oversee campus clinical interventions, deliver individual/family/group therapy, participate in diagnostic and crisis assessments, coordinate treatment plans and documentation, support campus administration, and facilitate clinical trainings and meetings.

Lead and manage nursing services and medical programs across residential campuses and day programs. Oversee student medical care, staffing, hiring, training, compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Allocate resources, set best practices, and support professional development for RNs and LPNs.
