Coordinate and maintain student academic records and databases, monitor IEP and educational compliance, oversee state-mandated assessments (e.g., MCAS, Regents), support education staff, and facilitate communication and reporting with parents, school districts, and agencies to ensure student success and regulatory compliance.

Provide comprehensive reading instruction and interventions for students with disabilities, including assessment, progress monitoring, coaching and mentoring teachers, leading professional development, collaborative IEP-aligned planning, and developing instructional resources to support literacy growth.

Provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists and interns, oversee campus clinical interventions, deliver individual/family/group therapy, participate in diagnostic and crisis assessments, coordinate treatment plans and documentation, support campus administration, and facilitate clinical trainings and meetings.
