We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and student-focused Academic Case Manager to join our educational team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for students, families, educators, and school districts by coordinating academic records, monitoring educational compliance, and supporting student success.

The ideal candidate is passionate about education, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

This position plays an essential role in ensuring students receive appropriate educational services, state-mandated assessments are administered effectively, and educational programs remain compliant with all applicable regulations.

Position Description: Provides administrative support services for the school and functions as the Academic Case Manager for all assigned students. Duties include maintaining student related academic schedules and data base(s), coordination of State DOE mandated assessments (i.e., MCAS, Regents, etc.), academic tracking, and the monitoring of individual student IEP and Educational compliance issues. This position will provide support to education staff as assigned and will maintain educator access to approved organizational databases and software (e.g. SEMS Tracker, KTEA II, etc). Facilitates communication, correspondence and reporting to parents, school districts, and other involved agencies.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Location: Great Barrington, MA

Pay Rate: $23.50 - 26.75/hr

Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree required

Experience: Three years of relevant experience

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree
