Book 15+ qualified demos monthly, manage hundreds of leads in HubSpot, diagnose practice workflows and revenue pain points, and evangelize Hike’s AI-driven intake and device workflow to clinicians and owners to create opportunities for Account Executives.

The Chief of Staff will support the CEO by prioritizing company initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, and ensuring leadership alignment in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will automate healthcare compliance workflows using AI to process unstructured data, build multimodal AI pipelines, and develop extraction systems, ensuring high reliability and operational efficiency.

Build and scale backend and full-stack systems for an AI-driven healthcare platform. Design services, deploy AI to production, create data pipelines, APIs, and integrations across clinical, manufacturing, and back-office systems, and deliver user-facing experiences that improve patient and customer outcomes.

Fabricate and finish custom ankle-foot orthoses from clinician work orders using CAD/CAM and traditional techniques. Operate 3D scanning, perform thermoplastic and carbon fiber layup, trim, pad, and quality-check devices. Maintain production records and participate in design reviews and continuous improvement.

Translate orthotics/prosthetics clinical expertise into structured, defensible clinical protocols for AI-driven device selection, coding, and documentation. Map evaluation fields to medical necessity criteria, define evaluation workflows, ensure compliance with LCDs, and validate clinical accuracy of agent guides.

Review patient documentation against CMS LCDs and payer rules for DME devices, identify documentation gaps, generate structured deficiency notices, build and maintain criteria checklists, audit human-in-the-loop reviews, flag payer deviations, and support prior authorization packet assembly.

Manage the Center of Excellence production calendar and dependencies for new device categories. Coordinate clinicians, coders, compliance, and engineering; set throughput targets; oversee policy change SLAs, HITL onboarding, documentation/versioning, weekly standups, and company-wide status updates.

Maintain and update payer policy library (CMS and major commercial payers), map ICD-10 to HCPCS coverage criteria, monitor policy changes, track clinical evidence, support appeals/redeterminations, advise on compliance risks for new device categories, and audit human-in-the-loop review accuracy.

Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for a book of clinical accounts. Drive order volume, run renewals, train clinicians, and surface customer feedback to product and ops.

Own full-cycle sales to O&P clinics, podiatry, PT centers, and DME providers: run live demos, build business cases, close first paid orders, maintain HubSpot pipeline, forecast accurately, and enable SDRs and Account Management for expansion.
