Build and lead Hike Medical’s SDR function from the ground up. Responsibilities include hiring and ramping at least six SDRs, creating sales cadences and messaging, coaching representatives through call reviews and role-plays, managing pipeline activity, tracking funnel conversion in HubSpot, and owning qualified meeting targets for commercial, enterprise, and strategic account executives. The role requires a proven SDR producer who can establish scalable processes and develop a high-performing team.

Prospect into orthotics, prosthetics, podiatry, physical therapy, and DME providers through high-volume outreach. Qualify practice needs, explain Hike’s AI-enabled revenue cycle and clinical platform, book at least 15 qualified demos monthly, and manage provider pipelines in HubSpot. The role also gathers market feedback for Marketing and requires persistent, credible communication with clinic owners, doctors, practice managers, and revenue leaders.

The Chief of Staff will support the COO by managing operations, driving performance culture through data, and overseeing partnerships. Responsibilities include leading operational rollouts and defining KPIs.
