Own and architect the company revenue operations: implement and administer Salesforce, build and integrate the revenue tech stack, design lead-to-deal processes, run forecasting, quota and comp tracking, and deliver trusted reporting. Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and CS to keep CRM data clean and instrument new GTM motions.

Lead and scale the outbound motion: recruit and manage SDRs, own meetings-booked and pipeline targets, design multi-channel campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, direct mail, events), maintain outbound tech/CRM, report metrics, partner with marketing and AEs, and continue hands-on selling and prospecting.

Entry-level rotational commercial role supporting outreach (SDR), implementation/ops, and data ops for device-based healthcare customers. Own pipeline and HubSpot discipline, provide market feedback, support implementations and data quality, and learn clinical and reimbursement workflows to advance into AE, AM, or operations roles.
