The Chief of Staff will support the COO by managing operations, driving performance culture through data, and overseeing partnerships. Responsibilities include leading operational rollouts and defining KPIs.

Prospect and qualify high-value orthotics, prosthetics, podiatry, PT, and DME providers via high-volume outbound outreach. Book 15+ qualified demos monthly, manage hundreds of leads in HubSpot, diagnose practice workflows and revenue pain points, and evangelize Hike’s AI-driven intake and device workflow to clinicians and owners to create opportunities for Account Executives.

The Chief of Staff will support the CEO by prioritizing company initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, and ensuring leadership alignment in a fast-paced environment.
