Supports the financial administration of construction projects by setting up jobs, maintaining cost codes, preparing invoices and draw requests, tracking budgets, processing purchase orders and change orders, and assisting with WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and margin analysis. The role maintains project documentation, monitors cost accuracy, supports closeout activities, improves financial workflows, and coordinates between Finance, Accounting, Project Management, and Operations.
