Sell custom home construction and high-end remodeling projects by identifying prospects, generating leads, building referral networks, engaging clients, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role conducts market research, tracks sales performance, collaborates with project development teams, provides customer insights, and cross-sells related Highmark brands.

Oversee commercial exterior construction projects from planning through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, suppliers, site activities, quality, safety, compliance, client communication, reporting, risk mitigation, and project profitability. Conduct site assessments and visits, approve invoices, resolve issues, lead progress meetings, and complete inspections and handovers. The role also requires safe company vehicle operation and accurate vehicle records.

Oversee custom home construction projects from inception to completion, managing schedules, budgets, resources, permits, inspections, change orders, and profitability. Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, estimators, and field staff. Maintain client communication, resolve project issues, ensure quality standards, lead supervisors, and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
