Oversee commercial exterior construction projects from planning through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, suppliers, site activities, quality, safety, compliance, client communication, reporting, risk mitigation, and project profitability. Conduct site assessments and visits, approve invoices, resolve issues, lead progress meetings, and complete inspections and handovers. The role also requires safe company vehicle operation and accurate vehicle records.

Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion, including schedules, budgets, permits, inspections, purchasing, change orders, client communication, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, documentation, and warranty work. The role oversees multiple fire, water, and mold restoration projects while coordinating with homeowners, insurance companies, suppliers, technicians, and subcontractors.
