Provides expert technical support for HDPE extrusion blow molding across multiple manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include process optimization, troubleshooting, equipment commissioning, mold qualification, startup support, continuous improvement, production analytics, employee training, safety compliance, and new product launches. The role supports OEE improvement, scrap reduction, throughput gains, equipment reliability, and standardized operating practices, with approximately 70% travel to manufacturing sites throughout North America.

Lead the strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, and roadmap for enterprise EnterWorks MDM, PIM, and DAM platforms. Oversee integrations, data models, taxonomies, quality controls, platform reliability, upgrades, automation, and technical support. Lead a team of platform professionals, manage vendors, establish Agile delivery practices, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable master data capabilities supporting product content, digital assets, commerce, supply chain, analytics, and enterprise transformation.

Supports corporate FP&A through month-end variance reporting, P&L and financial statement forecasting, expense analysis, and preparation of leadership reporting packages. Researches business drivers, analyzes financial performance, partners with commercial and operations finance teams, and communicates insights to leadership. The intern develops practical knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, accounting entries, and corporate finance.
