Supervises warehouse department operations, including storage, inventory, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading, cycle counts, documentation, and productivity tracking. Ensures safety, quality, customer service, and production targets are met. Leads, trains, and evaluates team members; operates warehouse equipment; resolves operational issues; and identifies opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs. The role requires forklift operation, WMS and RF scanner familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, and hands-on warehouse leadership.

Provides primary onsite IT support for a facility, troubleshooting computers, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, VPN, MFA, and basic networking. Handles equipment deployment, asset inventory, employee onboarding and offboarding, incident management, endpoint management, patching, security remediation, documentation, vendor coordination, and critical-incident support. Collaborates with distributed IT teams and supports broader technology deployments and projects.

Develops advanced financial models, forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, executive dashboards, and reporting solutions. Supports FP&A, Commercial Operations, and business leaders by analyzing financial and operational performance, revenue, pricing, customer activity, productivity, risks, and opportunities. Automates and standardizes reporting while translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
