Supports category strategy execution through market and business performance analysis, vendor management, pricing and profitability analysis, assortment planning, product launches, promotional programs, and cross-functional initiatives. Manages item setup, vendor programs, ERP updates, product data, digital assets, and category information. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Planning while using Qlik, ERP systems, SharePoint, and project management tools.

Leads integrated brand marketing strategies for licensed partner brands, including annual planning, retail activation, promotional funding, paid media, digital commerce, content development, product launches, and co-branding. Manages licensors, retailer partnerships, budgets, cross-functional projects, and executive recommendations to increase revenue, market share, distribution, brand visibility, and consumer conversion.

Provides comprehensive HR support at a manufacturing plant, including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee relations, policy interpretation, benefits and leave assistance, employee engagement, HR and safety training administration, and HR project support. Partners with site leadership and employees, conducts investigations with the HR Manager, maintains employee records in ADP, and supports communication across manufacturing and distribution facilities.
