Create and maintain unbiased demand forecasts by enriching baseline models with cross-functional inputs. Lead CPFR and VMI processes, support monthly IBP/Demand Review, analyze demand variances and KPIs, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business goals and operational execution.

Lead and mature the enterprise MDM function: own MDM platform roadmap, architecture, data governance, golden record strategy, and team performance. Provide hands-on technical leadership for EnterWorks and MDM design patterns, resolve high-risk data quality incidents, partner with business and IT stakeholders, run governance councils, improve delivery frameworks, and manage vendors and staff to deliver a single trusted view of product, customer, and vendor data.

Provide administrative and floor support for a production plant: create and maintain production metrics, update visual controls and SOPs, perform audits, maintain training and safety records, assist EHS and shipping, manage office supplies and petty cash, and support continuous improvement and company events.
