Develops and delivers hands-on training programs for blow molding manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Identifies skill gaps, updates SOPs, maintains training records, assesses effectiveness, supports onboarding and cross-training, and drives continuous improvement in collaboration with production, HR, and safety teams.

Supervise closing-shift distribution center warehouse operations, including staffing, training, shipping, receiving, inventory, loading, unloading, productivity, quality, and safety. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment while ensuring OSHA compliance, accurate documentation, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Track department performance, resolve operational issues, secure the facility, manage equipment charging and alarms, and coach team members. The role requires at least one year of team-lead experience, warehouse knowledge, and the ability to obtain a forklift license.

Supervises warehouse department operations, including storage, inventory, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading, cycle counts, documentation, and productivity tracking. Ensures safety, quality, customer service, and production targets are met. Leads, trains, and evaluates team members; operates warehouse equipment; resolves operational issues; and identifies opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs. The role requires forklift operation, WMS and RF scanner familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, and hands-on warehouse leadership.
