The Software Engineer will refine the existing React app and build new features, acting as the frontend expert to debug issues. They will collaborate with a high-performing team in an in-person environment and focus on delivering a polished customer experience.

The software engineer will design, build, and iterate on products for business banking and cash management while managing projects end-to-end.

Lead customer onboarding and integrations for Highbeam's fintech platform, guiding setup across banking, capital, cards, bill pay, and intelligence. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to troubleshoot issues, streamline implementations, create scalable documentation and processes, manage multiple onboarding projects, and translate complex workflows into clear action steps to drive adoption and improve customer experience.
