Teams at Highbeam

Own fintech products spanning business banking, cards, payments, treasury, capital, and cross-border money movement. Lead partner evaluations and integrations, translate compliance and banking requirements into customer experiences, collaborate with engineering to ship products, and drive adoption and monetization. Conduct customer research, manage product operations, and ensure launches are operationally ready.

Build Highbeam’s visual identity from the ground up across branding, campaigns, marketing surfaces, motion, illustration, and 3D. Develop brand guidelines and reusable systems, create launch and social content, design product motion assets, and deliver production-ready work to engineering. The role partners closely with product, go-to-market, founders, and external creative partners.

Design end-to-end product experiences for financial workflows, translate complex financial concepts into intuitive interfaces, collaborate with teams, and build design culture.
