Coordinates daily outpatient physical therapy clinic operations, including administrative staff training, scheduling, patient appointments, insurance authorizations, copayment collection, account monitoring, reporting, facility and IT issue coordination, and customer service. The role supports clinic efficiency, maintains patient documentation, tracks authorization metrics, communicates with insurance companies and physicians, and works closely with the Practice Manager and Clinic Director.

Coordinate daily clinic operations including training administrative staff, scheduling, patient intake, insurance authorizations, co-pay collection, reporting, and monitoring KPIs to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Verify and explain patient insurance benefits, obtain necessary patient and provider information, resolve complex coverage issues, assist Patient Care Coordinators and other departments, and ensure compliance for clean claim processing.
