Provide administrative leadership for an outpatient physical therapy clinic: train and schedule staff, manage authorizations and patient appointments, handle billing and co-pay collections, monitor KPIs and patient accounts, maintain facility/IT service, produce weekly reports, and support Clinic Director operations.

Greet patients, manage appointment scheduling and cancellations, handle multi-line phones and intake paperwork, collect co-pays, explain insurance benefits and authorizations, assist with administrative tasks (faxing, reporting), and support therapists by relieving clerical duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Lead and manage an outpatient physical therapy clinic as its clinical and operational head. Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care (caseload <12/day), mentor staff, drive clinic financial and operational performance, oversee professional development, and ensure compliance while leveraging EMR and AI documentation tools.

Verify and explain patient insurance benefits, obtain necessary patient and provider information, resolve complex coverage issues, assist Patient Care Coordinators and other departments, and ensure compliance for clean claim processing.
