Provides evidence-based patient care while mentoring clinicians, leading professional development, and building a high-performing team. Requires a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy degree, current or eligible licensure, 2–4+ years of clinical experience, and strong business acumen. Leadership or management experience is preferred.
