Coordinates daily administrative operations for a physical therapy clinic, including staff onboarding, scheduling, patient appointments, insurance authorizations, copayment collection, reporting, facility and IT issue resolution, and customer service. Monitors clinic performance metrics, maintains patient records, communicates with insurers and physicians, and supports operational efficiency under the direction of the Practice Manager and Clinic Director.

Leads and manages an outpatient physical therapy clinic, overseeing patient experience, clinical excellence, team development, operational performance, financial results, and clinic growth. Provides evidence-based patient care while mentoring clinicians, leading professional development, and building a high-performing team. Requires a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy degree, current or eligible licensure, 2–4+ years of clinical experience, and strong business acumen. Leadership or management experience is preferred.
