Plans, organizes, and manages student robotics programs and activities. Provides administrative oversight, technical expertise, leadership, and program support; coordinates with school leaders, staff, students, families, and community organizations; resolves issues; prepares reports; and develops partnerships such as FIRST Robotics.

Manages athletics and extracurricular programming across school campuses, coordinating coaches, sports events, practices, budgets, equipment inventories, compliance, hiring, and community partnerships. Supervises coaches, volunteers, and students; communicates with school leaders, staff, students, and families; promotes athletic events and fundraising; and supports sports and wellness programs. The role requires coordination of home and away games, occasional extended schedules, and familiarity with sports regulations and Title IX compliance.

Provides psychoeducational assessments, counseling, behavioral and crisis interventions, risk and threat assessments, and functional behavior assessments for students. Collaborates with teachers, families, special education teams, and community agencies to develop IEPs, interventions, safety plans, and school-wide mental health and MTSS practices. Delivers staff and parent training, evaluates evidence-based services, supports equitable practices, maintains professional and legal standards, and tracks services for Medi-Cal billing.
