Oversee finance and accounting functions including full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, cash management, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset schedules, budgeting, financial reporting, audit coordination, compliance with laws/regulations, and advising the CFO on financial decisions.

The Dean oversees student discipline, school safety, and non-academic operations, implementing restorative practices and behavior supports. Duties include responding to discipline incidents, recommending suspensions/expulsions, monitoring attendance, managing behavior contracts, conducting drills and trainings, supporting social-emotional development, and maintaining discipline data while collaborating with staff, families, and the School Director.

Supervise students during lunch and recess to maintain safety and order. Resolve minor conflicts, enforce school policies, assist students with needs, report incidents, and collaborate with staff and parents to support positive midday activities.
