Build and lead Higgsfield AI’s government relations function in Kazakhstan. Represent the company at industry events, maintain relationships with government bodies and associations, monitor AI, digital, and personal data regulations, assess Astana Hub and AIFC opportunities, and prepare policy positions and briefing materials for leadership. The role requires established government networks, strong public speaking, and fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages, and social media. Generate consistent AI characters, cinematic stills, and short videos; create and document prompts; adapt assets across formats; and maintain a cohesive visual language. Collaborate with content teams before publication, working quickly while preserving quality. Strong composition, typography, English proficiency, AI generation fluency, and the ability to explain design decisions are required.

Build AI-native products, internal agents, automations, and experimental workflows using frontier models, open-source tools, MCP ecosystems, multimodal systems, and agent frameworks. Prototype rapidly, develop creative and operational automations, explore emerging AI tooling, and collaborate with product, infrastructure, and research teams. The role requires JavaScript or Python, strong understanding of LLMs and agent systems, and the ability to turn ideas into working demos.
