Provide administrative and programmatic support to the Pro Bono & Partnerships team, including data entry/management, client prescreens/intakes, document collection, and case file preparation. Manage pro bono attorney database and onboarding, coordinate intake and case launch clinics, handle interpretation/translation needs, and assist attorneys with immigration forms and country conditions research. Support scheduling, report writing, and event organization. Occasional travel and some evening/weekend work required.

Provide legal research, draft memoranda and filings for immigration court and USCIS, develop client declarations and applications, assist with asylum, SIJ, U- and T-visa cases, support Pro Bono teams, and maintain case records and program reports.

Senior leader responsible for institutional revenue growth and diversification. Develops and executes fundraising strategy, expands donor partnerships, manages fundraising operations and team, ensures proposal quality and compliance, and provides data-driven forecasting to support organizational planning and financial sustainability.

Provide HR administrative support including timekeeping, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and vendor billing reconciliation, employee relations inquiries, file maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives. Serve as a primary People Operations contact, maintain HR systems and support the People & Culture team with scheduling and other administrative duties.

Conduct desk reviews and on-site fiscal monitoring of subrecipients to assess accounting systems, internal controls, budget/expenditure reports, backup documentation, timesheets, and client files; prepare monitoring reports and recommendations; collaborate with program and grants teams to mitigate risks and strengthen financial management.

Consultant will recruit and onboard partners for the Program of Initial Resettlement, conduct US Tie assessments and monthly quality reviews, provide technical assistance and trainings, complete up to 50 assessments, host partner meetings, and develop a Resource Guide and allocation recommendations to improve affiliate capacity and program compliance.

Lead global accounting and finance for country offices across multiple regions, ensuring accurate reporting, internal controls, GAAP/IFRS and donor compliance. Strengthen financial systems, support audits, coach country finance teams, oversee month-end close and intercompany reconciliations, and coordinate regulatory and donor reporting to mitigate financial risk and support program delivery.

Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management rollout, HR administration, reporting, and People Operations ticketing for US and international HQ staff while fostering inclusive workplace culture and supporting ad-hoc HR projects.
