Leads HIAS’s global safety and security function across offices and affiliated organizations. Advises executives, oversees executive protection, crisis preparedness, risk assessments, incident response, security policies, and staff training. Provides strategic and hands-on support in complex and insecure environments, coordinates with internal and external partners, monitors global threats, and ensures safety considerations are integrated into programs and operations.

The Development Specialist supports nonprofit fundraising through donor research, prospect intelligence, stewardship coordination, CRM management, gift tracking, reporting, portfolio administration, and process improvement. The role prepares fundraisers for donor engagement, maintains accurate Raiser's Edge records, coordinates acknowledgments and meetings, manages information resources, and collaborates across development, finance, programs, and communications teams. The position also leads development operations workstreams and improves systems, procedures, and reporting to strengthen donor cultivation and retention.

Manages HR and employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, employee engagement, safeguarding, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in Israel. Oversees office administration, vendors, procurement, facilities, supplies, and IT coordination. Leads the scholarship program, including applications, selection, volunteers, communications, and the annual award ceremony. Supervises administrative and scholarship program staff while coordinating with headquarters and supporting resource development.

Provide administrative and programmatic support to the Pro Bono & Partnerships team, including data entry/management, client prescreens/intakes, document collection, and case file preparation. Manage pro bono attorney database and onboarding, coordinate intake and case launch clinics, handle interpretation/translation needs, and assist attorneys with immigration forms and country conditions research. Support scheduling, report writing, and event organization. Occasional travel and some evening/weekend work required.

Administer and maintain the Raiser's Edge NXT fundraising database; process data requests, queries, exports, imports, and constituent updates. Maintain data quality, coding structures, communication preferences, documentation, and integrations. Generate routine and ad hoc reports, prepare campaign data files, identify discrepancies, and support fundraising operations while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Senior leader responsible for institutional revenue growth and diversification. Develops and executes fundraising strategy, expands donor partnerships, manages fundraising operations and team, ensures proposal quality and compliance, and provides data-driven forecasting to support organizational planning and financial sustainability.

Lead state-focused grassroots advocacy across a 3–4 state portfolio to build coalitions, mobilize partners, design and implement campaigns, deliver trainings and materials, track metrics, and advance policy outcomes for immigrants, asylum seekers, refugees, and forcibly displaced people.

Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management rollout, HR administration, reporting, and People Operations ticketing for US and international HQ staff while fostering inclusive workplace culture and supporting ad-hoc HR projects.
