Provide administrative and programmatic support to the Pro Bono & Partnerships team, including data entry/management, client prescreens/intakes, document collection, and case file preparation. Manage pro bono attorney database and onboarding, coordinate intake and case launch clinics, handle interpretation/translation needs, and assist attorneys with immigration forms and country conditions research. Support scheduling, report writing, and event organization. Occasional travel and some evening/weekend work required.

Provide legal research, draft memoranda and filings for immigration court and USCIS, develop client declarations and applications, assist with asylum, SIJ, U- and T-visa cases, support Pro Bono teams, and maintain case records and program reports.

Senior leader responsible for institutional revenue growth and diversification. Develops and executes fundraising strategy, expands donor partnerships, manages fundraising operations and team, ensures proposal quality and compliance, and provides data-driven forecasting to support organizational planning and financial sustainability.
