Teams at HIAS

Leads national monitoring and quality assurance for refugee resettlement programs, coordinating affiliate site visits, desk reviews, compliance assessments, corrective actions, reporting, and ORR communications. The role manages monitoring schedules, documentation, stakeholder interviews, financial oversight coordination, and targeted training while ensuring adherence to grant requirements. It requires substantial refugee resettlement experience, strong reporting and organizational skills, and occasional U.S. travel.

Provides administrative and programmatic support for HIAS’s Social Integration team. Coordinates affiliate calls, communications, attendance tracking, reports, technical assistance records, training hours, and learning management system administration. Supports affiliate access to SharePoint, Apricot, and Litmos, responds to inquiries, processes exception requests, maintains contact lists, and collaborates with national affiliates and internal stakeholders to support refugee programming.

Coordinates data collection, cleaning, analysis, quality assurance, and reporting for the Preferred Communities program. Verifies affiliate submissions, uploads data to the ORR database, reconciles invoices, provides technical support, troubleshoots reporting issues, and develops programmatic insights for funder and leadership reports. The role also updates documentation, supports data-management best practices, and collaborates with program staff and affiliate partners.
