Assemble and test products on the production line following safety and quality standards. Perform component alignment, fastening, quality checks, rework, material handling, station rotation, and assist other operators while maintaining a clean work area.

Lead complex troubleshooting and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform preventive maintenance, dismantle and rebuild machines, install raceways and conduit, build panels, troubleshoot PLCs, fabricate fixtures, use machine tools, and support engineering projects while mentoring Maintenance I/II team members.

Lead development and execution of the PMO and program management framework. Oversee large-scale product development and launch programs, coach and mentor program managers, run gate audits, track program metrics, manage cross-functional teams, resolve crises, and drive program timelines, finances, quality, and change control.

Assemble door module and window regulator components at a single production station, performing prescribed fastening and alignment operations, quality checks, occasional rework, rotating through stations as needed, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Assist in managing the Quality department and oversee quality programs, plant-floor inspection, and SPC. Develop and implement corrective actions and improvement plans, recommend and provide training, maintain TS database as TS QMR, develop policies and procedures, plan resources and control QA budget, and prepare quality reports.

Lead a product engineering team to develop and validate mechanical products, manage customer and supplier interactions, drive VA/VE and warranty reduction, ensure on-time releases, support program launches, and promote continuous improvement and 5S practices.

Support plant HR functions including attendance tracking and reporting, onboarding, payroll, HRIS/ERP data maintenance, employee relations, benefits and leave coordination (FMLA/STD/LTD), recruitment support, audits, garnishments, unemployment claims, and associate events.

Provide general IT support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, assist end users, and escalate problems to higher-tier teams as needed.

Supervise molding floor associates to meet production, safety, quality, and 4S standards. Hold shift meetings, verify schedules and tool changeovers, perform machine adjustments, audit quality/PLEX monitors, train staff, troubleshoot issues, support continuous improvement (Kaizen), complete documentation, and communicate performance and problems to management.

Manage and resolve customer quality concerns, drive APQP and PPAP activities, implement IATF16949 standards, perform system audits, develop control plans, facilitate irreversible corrective actions, support launches, and liaise with suppliers and design engineering to achieve Six Sigma manufacturing levels.

Write and operate CMM programs using PC-DMIS, interpret blueprints with GD&T, create programs from CAD, manage CMM scheduling and lab, calibrate/troubleshoot Brown & Sharpe and Mitutoyo CMMs, analyze measurement data, prepare MSA reports, support IATF16949 compliance, and communicate results with engineering and quality teams.

Build, repair, maintain, and improve stamping tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Read complex prints, disassemble/troubleshoot dies, perform welding and machining, operate toolroom equipment, and support production with safe, quality tooling repairs and adjustments.

Manage and resolve customer quality concerns, implement corrective actions, develop Advanced Quality Planning and PPAP documentation, perform IATF16949 audits, support QA and manufacturing, coordinate supplier reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: process high volumes of vendor invoices and expense reports, match to POs/receiving, reconcile vendor statements, run weekly payments (ACH, wire, checks), assist month-end accruals/journal entries, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, and support audits.

Lead strategic customer relationships for automotive accounts, develop annual sales budgets and five-year forecasts, identify growth opportunities, manage quoting and customer portals, coach a cross-functional team, use CRM/ERP tools, coordinate internal departments, and present quality metrics to senior management to drive customer satisfaction and long-term revenue.

Lead North American OEM and Tier‑1 sales to win multimillion-dollar new programs, set account strategy, oversee negotiation and forecasting, optimize CRM-driven pipeline, and align sales with engineering, program management, and manufacturing to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion.

Support plant HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll and attendance, employee relations and investigations, benefits administration, HRIS/ERP data maintenance, compliance with employment and safety laws, and backup to the HR Manager.
