Manage full-cycle accounts payable: process high volumes of vendor invoices and expense reports, match to POs/receiving, reconcile vendor statements, run weekly payments (ACH, wire, checks), assist month-end accruals/journal entries, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, and support audits.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for sales and customer accounts: manage RFQ process, contracts, prototype and production orders, cost recovery, sales metrics, CRM/ERP tracking, forecasting, travel/expense support, and process improvement to support long-term customer relationships and margin growth.

Lead strategic customer relationships for automotive accounts, develop annual sales budgets and five-year forecasts, identify growth opportunities, manage quoting and customer portals, coach a cross-functional team, use CRM/ERP tools, coordinate internal departments, and present quality metrics to senior management to drive customer satisfaction and long-term revenue.
