Owns monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, AP/AR, invoicing, management reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, and audit preparation. Supports ERP selection and migration, chart of accounts redesign, data validation, UAT, process documentation, inventory costing, and GAAP compliance. Serves as backup for Controller responsibilities and partners with Operations and leadership in a fully remote, growth-stage consumer products company.

Coordinate supplier, freight, warehouse, and 3PL logistics while maintaining accurate item, product, vendor, SKU, BOM, inventory, and cost data across ERP and warehouse systems. Reconcile shipments, receipts, invoices, inventory, and 3PL charges; support fulfillment, replenishment, ERP migration, data cleanup, audits, reporting, and process improvement. The role collaborates cross-functionally to improve operational accuracy, service levels, and scalability.

Leads operations and supply chain for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand. Owns contract manufacturing, strategic sourcing, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory, 3PL and logistics management, ERP transition support, master data, budgeting, and operational reporting. Builds scalable processes, manages suppliers and fulfillment partners, delivers cost savings and supply continuity, and leads Supply Chain and Project Management teams while partnering closely with the COO and cross-functional stakeholders.
