Performs full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, matching, batching, check runs, vendor issue resolution, reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and document filing. Collaborates with field operations, supports workflow improvements, and communicates with vendors. Requires accounts payable experience, advanced Excel skills, credit card and vendor reconciliations, and familiarity with financial reporting. Workday ERP knowledge and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Recruits hourly and salaried employees across multiple facilities, managing the full hiring lifecycle from requisition through onboarding. Sources candidates, conducts interviews, builds talent pipelines, coordinates hiring events, maintains Workday records, and partners with hiring managers and facility leaders. The role develops market-specific sourcing strategies, supports candidate experience, provides recruiting updates, and travels between facilities to address local staffing needs.

Leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of orientation and leadership training programs for new managers. Partners with senior leaders, HR, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to align content with organizational goals. Coaches new managers, measures training effectiveness, manages training resources, and supervises trainers and coordinators while promoting continuous learning and leadership development.

Oversee daily accounts receivable operations across multiple profit centers, including high-volume invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, collections support, billing resolution, and month-end close activities. Lead and support an AR team of approximately 10 through training, workflow coordination, issue escalation, and quality review. Maintain internal controls, improve processes, provide reporting and cash-flow insights, and collaborate with billing, operations, and finance teams.
