Oversee regional hospital culinary operations, mentor on-site managers, enforce policies and standards, drive patient/customer satisfaction, implement sustainable and fine-dining programs, conduct inspections and data-driven adjustments, support recruitment/training, and provide hands-on assistance as needed.

Manage the hospital linen program to optimize distribution, collection, and usage. Lead linen-saving initiatives, support budgeting and forecasting, provide staff education, ensure compliance, collaborate with EVS leadership, deliver reporting, and assist with on-site linen delivery and distribution.

Lead and support a hospital housekeeping team to maintain a safe, clean environment. Manage training, schedules, inspections, recruitment, data analysis, and collaboration to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals.
