Maintains bank and payment service provider reconciliations, reports daily company balances and exposure, posts transactions, processes supplier payments, verifies invoices and expenses, and supports external audits. The role requires accurate accounting, timely reporting, strong communication, financial policy awareness, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.

Leads and scales frontend, backend, and QA teams while defining web technology strategy and roadmap. Oversees corporate websites, CMS platforms, backend integrations, and email deliverability. Drives website performance, SEO, conversion optimization, security, scalability, and cross-device user experience. Partners with Marketing, IT, Product, UX/UI, and Compliance, translates business KPIs into technical objectives, establishes delivery timelines, and adopts AI tools to improve engineering productivity.

Researches LATAM markets, identifies business opportunities, coordinates regional development activities, leads market events, trains staff, manages affiliate relationships, develops market-entry and sales strategies, collaborates with internal teams, and negotiates partnership agreements. The role requires extensive travel across LATAM, strong analytical and communication skills, business development and sales experience, and fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
