Teams at HFM

Manage LATAM affiliate and marketing partner relationships, coordinate campaign execution, provide promotional content and product information, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, re-engage inactive partners, monitor compliance, and report market insights. The role requires Spanish and English, with Portuguese advantageous, plus experience in affiliate, partner, influencer, growth, or digital marketing.

Maintains bank and payment service provider reconciliations, reports daily company balances and exposure, posts transactions, processes supplier payments, verifies invoices and expenses, and supports external audits. The role requires a finance or accounting degree, at least two years of similar experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong numerical and communication skills, accuracy, organization, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Gather business requirements from product stakeholders and translate them into BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process maps, and structured development tickets. Define data and reporting requirements, clarify edge cases, support QA validation and UAT, and maintain traceable, version-controlled documentation in Confluence for audit and regulatory purposes.
