Produces daily market updates, technical analysis, trading signals, videos, webinars, and educational content across digital channels. Presents trading strategies, trains internal teams and VIP clients, supports client retention, and represents the company at media interviews, conferences, trade shows, and financial events. Requires strong multi-asset technical analysis, writing, public speaking, English and French fluency, and willingness to travel.

Manages prospective and existing client relationships for an online multi-asset broker. Responsibilities include presenting products, supporting onboarding, explaining trading systems, addressing inquiries, driving conversion and retention, maintaining client satisfaction, entering accurate data, and following AML/KYC procedures. The role requires sales performance, financial market familiarity, strong Arabic and English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Monitors payment service provider communications, performance, maintenance, gateways, configurations, and account balances. Investigates transaction inquiries and discrepancies, coordinates balance replenishment, and supports operational continuity during afternoon and overnight rotational shifts. The role requires payment operations or back-office experience in Forex or FinTech, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and an understanding of payment gateway processes.
