Lead design, launch, and scaling of heyData's partner program. Source, recruit, and nurture law firms, consultancies, auditors, and SaaS partners. Drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline metrics, enable cross-functional execution, develop new partnership formats, and build partner operations, tooling, and reporting. Support broader BD and market initiatives in DACH/EU.

Lead GTM execution and RevOps projects end-to-end: improve HubSpot CRM hygiene and workflows, support sales and account management processes, define lifecycle and handoff rules, document processes in Notion, enable teams, partner with Data for consistent reporting, and identify automation/AI opportunities to scale revenue operations.

Lead discovery and delivery of AI features: design RAG and LLM solutions, build production APIs and data pipelines, manage model lifecycle (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining), run rigorous experiments, and document systems while collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance experts.

Lead end-to-end product delivery for a B2B SaaS compliance platform: define scope, write user stories and acceptance criteria, drive engineering execution, coordinate stakeholders, launch features, create release content, and improve product processes and workflows.

Design, build, and own backend services and product features end-to-end. Lead technical implementation, scale systems to handle large cloud environments, design cloud and third-party integrations, improve performance and reliability, review code, mentor engineers, and shape architecture and engineering culture.

Own and scale heyData's partner program: recruit and enable law firms, consultancies, auditors and SaaS partners; drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline; lead cross-functional execution, build partner operations and reporting, and explore new co-sell, co-marketing and integration opportunities to accelerate growth.
