Own cross-functional revenue operations projects from planning through rollout. Improve sales pipeline hygiene, CRM compliance, forecasting inputs, account management workflows, lifecycle processes, reporting definitions, documentation, enablement, and data quality. Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, Technology, Privacy, and Account Management stakeholders. Identify process gaps and practical AI or automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve GTM execution.
