Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI and Azure cloud solutions. Evaluate AI platforms, create POCs, define production-ready architectures, integrate GenAI agents, ensure observability and reliability, mentor teams, and support full SDLC and governance.

Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs with C#/.NET Core and SQL Server; design microservices and optimize database performance. Develop responsive front-end applications using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, integrating APIs. Work with Azure cloud services (including Azure Web Apps), version control (Git), Agile/DevOps practices, unit testing/TDD, and follow web application security best practices.

Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects and large-scale business transformation initiatives in BPO/BFS, conducting value stream/process mapping, driving automation and optimization, coordinating cross-functional teams, and promoting continuous improvement and client relationships.
