Provide high-value technical support and troubleshooting for MineSight mine-planning software at client sites, resolve and escalate issues, participate in on-call support, produce documentation and training materials, collaborate with product development and sales, and travel domestically and internationally to deliver services.

Plan, coordinate and execute deployment of complex mining systems. Deliver and customize software, maintain Linux/Unix environments and relational databases (Postgres, SQLite, SQL Server), implement scripting-based customizations, troubleshoot and install onsite, escalate and report issues, and support pre-sales and customer relationships. Support pre/post-sales, define trials and deployment plans, and generate customer success stories. Operate autonomously as part of a global team with significant regional and international travel.

Provide high-value technical support and troubleshooting for Hexagon Mining mine-planning software (MineSight/MinePlan) at customer sites. Own and resolve customer issues, participate in on-call support, produce documentation and defect reports, assist with training and project work, collaborate with technical teams, and support continuous improvement of support processes while traveling to client sites as required.

Lead global product training strategy and curriculum for Hexagon Mining. Design digital and instructor-led learning, manage the LMS and LMS Specialist, align training with product, customer success, and support, measure adoption and impact, and coordinate global delivery and change management to enable product launches and field readiness.

Manage and grow existing mining clients within a territory, act as primary client contact, drive renewals and upsells, coordinate support and service, prepare reports/forecasts, present solutions, and collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to meet client satisfaction and business targets.

Lead global customer success for Hexagon's underground mining solutions: define and scope technology deployments, measure adoption and value, build reference sites, support sales and product releases, develop deployment and change-management best practices, create training, mentor team members, and represent customer feedback to product teams.

Provide technical support and services for Hexagon Mining's MinePlan software worldwide. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases to resolution or escalation, deliver client training and project assistance, create documentation and self-service materials, assist product development with defect reporting and testing, participate in on-call support, and travel to client sites as needed.

Plan, coordinate and execute deployment of complex mining systems. Provide hands-on installation, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software and databases. Manage project risks, report status, support customers and sales, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Define and lead product vision, roadmap, and requirements for underground collision avoidance and proximity-detection systems. Translate customer and regulatory needs into testable specs, drive development with engineering and field teams, conduct mine site validation, monitor safety KPIs, and align CAS with Hexagon’s safety and autonomy platforms to reduce vehicle-person and vehicle-vehicle collisions.

Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules, monitor material availability, track ECNs/PSRs, communicate risks, collaborate with production, purchasing, engineering and quality to ensure on-time order completion and improve planning processes.

Define and drive the global product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for Machine Guidance. Build value propositions and business cases, prioritize capital investment, engage customers and partners, lead product specialists, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and manage lifecycle and performance metrics to deliver operational and financial value for mining precision solutions.

Validate and field-test machine guidance products, lead UAT and field trials, support complex deployments, mentor regional teams, collaborate with product and engineering, collect customer insights, and produce technical documentation to ensure high performance and reliability of mining guidance systems.

Lead day and swing shift production (30–50 employees) to ensure safe, on-time manufacturing. Oversee materials, staffing, KPIs, quality, cost control, and cross-functional coordination. Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Kaizen, support ISO 9001/14001, conduct performance management, training, and enforce safety. Interface with engineering, quality, supply chain, and perform reporting. Some domestic/international travel (~10-15%).

Provide 24/7 technical support for mining fleet management solutions across APAC. Troubleshoot performance issues, analyse operational data to optimise systems, liaise cross-functionally and with clients, and train team members. Proactively identify product and process improvements to enhance customer outcomes.

Plan, track, and deliver R&D product development projects using Hexagon methodology. Create schedules, WBS, risk and communication plans; manage scope, budget, issues, and stakeholder communications across time zones; ensure compliance with corporate innovation processes and coach team members.

Lead global hardware reliability and support for mining hardware: liaise between product development and regional repair teams, provide Tier 2 technical/deployment support, deliver regional training, validate and document technical procedures, and feed operational learnings into product and process improvements to increase reliability and supportability.

Design, develop, and sustain rugged, high-speed PCBs and electronic systems for vehicle sensor-fusion platforms. Architect power, thermal, and EMI/EMC solutions; lead validation, HIL, environmental testing, and field failure analysis; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support manufacturing DFM/DFT.

Provide onsite FIFO (2/2) technical support, implementation, competency training, and proactive system oversight for Hexagon's Integrated Machine System and underground mining products. Partner with clients and internal teams to scope, test, launch features, maintain documentation, perform QA/QC, and recommend improvements while delivering customer-focused technical guidance.
