Troubleshoot performance issues, analyse operational data to optimise systems, liaise cross-functionally and with clients, and train team members. Proactively identify product and process improvements to enhance customer outcomes.

Provide technical support and services for Hexagon Mining's MinePlan software worldwide. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases to resolution or escalation, deliver client training and project assistance, create documentation and self-service materials, assist product development with defect reporting and testing, participate in on-call support, and travel to client sites as needed.

Define and drive the global product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for Machine Guidance. Build value propositions and business cases, prioritize capital investment, engage customers and partners, lead product specialists, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and manage lifecycle and performance metrics to deliver operational and financial value for mining precision solutions.
