Coordinates end-to-end logistics, procurement, inventory, and customer order fulfillment. Processes purchase orders, sources materials, updates SAP and Salesforce, tracks shipments and invoices, maintains stock levels and procurement audit records, manages tariff classifications, supports receiving, audits, stocktaking, and compliance activities. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with experience in supply chain or logistics.

Deploys and supports complex mining systems throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include system configuration and customization, software and database support, troubleshooting integrated systems, onsite installation, risk and issue reporting, escalation management, customer collaboration, technical pre-sales support, and compliance with safety and documentation standards. The role requires coordination with Project Managers and technical teams to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.

Define and drive the global product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for Machine Guidance. Build value propositions and business cases, prioritize capital investment, engage customers and partners, lead product specialists, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and manage lifecycle and performance metrics to deliver operational and financial value for mining precision solutions.
