Teams at Hex

Support Hex customers with technical questions and use-case development through chat, email, and Slack. Troubleshoot complex analytics workflows, create technical content such as documentation, demos, and videos, identify product pain points, and share customer feedback with Product. The role requires strong analytics expertise, customer empathy, communication skills, and experience with SQL, Python, Jupyter notebooks, BI tools, and contemporary data-stack workflows.

Coordinate interviews, onsite logistics, candidate communications, and recruiting systems across multiple teams. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to maintain efficient hiring processes and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Identify scheduling conflicts and process bottlenecks, improve recruiting workflows and templates, and support onboarding, recruiting events, and related employee-experience projects.

Coordinates recruiting activities across multiple teams, including interview scheduling, onsite logistics, candidate communication, feedback tracking, and recruiting system maintenance. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes efficient and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Identifies bottlenecks, improves workflows, supports recruiting events and onboarding, and helps automate repetitive tasks as the company scales.
