The Analytics Engineer will analyze sales proof-of-concepts and self-service trials, support growth and product-led sales initiatives, and evaluate pricing and monetization strategies. The role partners cross-functionally, models data in dbt, maintains data warehouses and ELT pipelines, experiments with emerging data and AI tools, and trains teammates on effective data workspace practices.

Own and scale recruiting infrastructure, including the ATS, sourcing, scheduling, assessment tools, workflows, integrations, analytics, and automation. Build trusted recruiting dashboards and forecasting processes, improve data hygiene, lead AI and workflow experiments, and establish operating rhythms. Partner with Finance, People, Data, recruiters, and hiring managers on headcount planning and adoption. Lead interviewer training and structured interview programs while protecting candidate experience through strong communication, scheduling, and feedback processes.

Partner with sales to lead technical evaluations for enterprise prospects: run demos, proofs-of-concept, architecture and security reviews, and drive deployments. Advise stakeholders from data teams to C-level, inform product roadmap with prospect feedback, create demo content, and occasionally travel for on-site demos and events.
