Lead design, analysis, testing, and integration of airframe structures and subsystems for unmanned aerial platforms. Drive manufacturability, validation strategies, prototype-to-production transitions, technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex mechanical engineering challenges.

Lead and execute end-to-end capture for DoD and Federal Civilian pursuits, design a right-sized Shipley-based capture process, mentor BD staff, build capture toolkit and metrics, drive go/no-go decisions, forge partner relationships, support proposals and pricing, and hire/scale a capture team while representing capture in executive and board-level reviews.

Lead day-to-day execution of the company's digital communications and content strategy. Manage social media content calendar, create and adapt copy and multimedia (video, photo, graphics), publish and monitor posts, track analytics, and coordinate content across teams. Support website editorial planning, executive communications, campaigns, events, and asset management while establishing scalable workflows and contributing to brand and thought-leadership initiatives.

Develop and execute procurement strategies for materials, components, and services; source and qualify domestic and international suppliers; lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management; coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality to support NPI and production ramp-ups; mitigate supply risks, track procurement KPIs, and drive cost reduction and process improvements.

Perform CFD and analytical aerodynamic analysis for UAS, develop aerodynamic databases and 6-DOF inputs, define and verify aerodynamic requirements, support wind tunnel and flight test activities, collaborate with propulsion/structures/controls for aero-integration, run configuration trade studies, and produce technical reports and design review input to ensure vehicle performance, stability, and control throughout the design lifecycle.

Lead mechanical design, structural analysis, and system integration for UAV airframes and payloads across prototype and production. Drive validation testing, manufacturability, tooling, and cross-functional alignment. Mentor junior engineers, provide technical direction in reviews, and improve processes to ensure performance, reliability, and production readiness.

Own configuration management for hydrogen generation and fueling systems: maintain BOMs, manage ECR/ECO/ECN change control, administer PLM/PDM systems, ensure revision control and traceability, and coordinate cross-functional teams to transition hardware from prototype to scalable production while meeting cost, quality, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Lead initial and low-volume production of hydrogen fuel cell powertrains and hydrogen generation systems. Translate designs into repeatable build processes, stand up production infrastructure, hire and manage technicians, drive throughput and continuous improvement, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and scale production capacity toward higher-rate manufacturing.

Design, execute, and document FAT and SAT procedures for hydrogen production systems. Instrument test setups with electronic loads and DAQ, run performance and endurance tests, perform pressure and leak checks, troubleshoot failures with engineering and quality teams, maintain/calibrate test equipment, support hazard analyses and compliance with ASME, CGA, and NFPA standards, and produce test reports and certificates of conformance.

Lead pricing strategy and execution for hardware, software, and services across federal and commercial pursuits. Build pricing models, cost volumes, BOEs, governance, and a scalable pricing team. Ensure FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS compliance and audit readiness, support indirect and forward pricing rates, provide executive pricing trade-offs, and partner with BD, PM, Contracts, and Finance to win competitive, compliant proposals.

Lead USN/USMC business development to build and convert pipelines from OTAs and prototypes into programs of record. Shape requirements, engage PEOs and sponsors, map contract vehicles, support capture and proposals, coordinate demos and industry events, and align product, engineering, and program teams to secure sustained Navy and Marine Corps procurements.

Lead development and transition of quantum sensing, communications, and computing capabilities into fieldable defense systems. Build roadmap, manage prototyping and integration, drive capture and programs, partner with DoD/primes, and recruit and mentor a team while ensuring compliance with security, ITAR/EAR, and acquisition processes.

Lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise technical training for Heven Aerotech UAV platforms. Own customer curriculum and Bridge LMS content, standardize instructor delivery, run multi-week training events, translate engineering data into instructional materials, ensure FAA/AS9100/ISO audit readiness, and align training with engineering, regulatory, and flight operations stakeholders.

Perform and support flight tests, demonstrations, and customer training for hydrogen-powered Hybrid VTOL and multirotor UAS. Maintain system health, logbooks, GCS, GSE, and air vehicles; assemble and test hardware; provide operational feedback to engineering; develop test plans and reports; support sustainment-ready military UAS and customer use cases. Travel to test ranges and conduct field deployments as required.

Lead technical aerospace projects across full product lifecycle: plan and execute multi-phase programs, manage schedules and budgets, oversee risk and compliance, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, produce status reporting, support proposals, and drive improvements to project management practices.

Lead and scale operations for UAV programs including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, and safety. Ensure regulatory compliance (FAA, export controls), support prototype to production transitions, implement continuous improvement, manage budgets and resources, and build a high-performing operations team aligned with engineering and program management.

Lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise technical training for Heven Aerotech UAVs. Own customer curriculum and Bridge LMS instance, standardize instructor models, translate engineering data into instructional content, ensure compliance with FAA/AS9100/ISO and ITAR, coordinate multi-week training events, partner with engineering, flight operations, and regulatory stakeholders, and maintain audit-ready training records.

Coordinate inbound/outbound domestic and international shipments, maintain shipping/export documentation and inventory accuracy, manage carriers and customs, support receiving/inspection, maintain ERP/MRP data, ensure regulatory and quality compliance (ITAR/EAR/FAA/AS9100), track KPIs, support NPI and continuous improvement in an aerospace environment.

Own and operate the companys ITAR/EAR export compliance program: manage DDTC/BIS license applications, conduct ECCN/CJ determinations, maintain license tracking and TCPs, perform screenings and audits, deliver training, support transactions and M&A due diligence, and serve as primary regulatory contact.

Provide executive support and manage daily office operations including visitor management and ITAR-compliant security protocols, supplies and kitchen management, travel booking, drafting communications, preparing presentations, event coordination, calendar management, and general administrative tasks.
