Perform and support flight tests, demonstrations, and customer training for hydrogen-powered Hybrid VTOL and multirotor UAS. Maintain system health, logbooks, GCS, GSE, and air vehicles; assemble and test hardware; provide operational feedback to engineering; develop test plans and reports; support sustainment-ready military UAS and customer use cases. Travel to test ranges and conduct field deployments as required.

Create and maintain technical and proposal documentation for UAV systems supporting government and commercial programs. Translate engineering designs and test data into proposal content, ICDs, requirements, test plans, SOPs, maintenance manuals, and airworthiness documentation. Collaborate with engineers, flight test, manufacturing, quality, and leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and traceable documentation supporting program wins and production scaling.

Lead design, analysis, testing, and integration of airframe structures and subsystems for UAVs. Drive manufacturable designs, define validation strategies, oversee structural testing, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and programs to transition subsystems from prototype to production.

Lead applied research in AI/ML for autonomous UAS: develop SLAM, sensor fusion, adversarially robust and edge-optimized models; model hydrogen fuel cell performance; build physics-informed neural nets and digital twins; integrate quantum sensing; publish, patent, and transition research to flight-capable systems.

Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturable composite airframe structures and payload integrations for UAS. Develop CAD models, perform structural analysis, support fabrication, lead payload mechanical/system integration, plan tests, troubleshoot, and transition designs to production.

Develop compliant, persuasive proposal content for U.S. government aerospace and defense solicitations. Translate complex UAS/avionics/propulsion and ISR/autonomy technical concepts into clear narratives, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, coordinate SMEs and capture teams, support storyboards and color-team reviews, maintain reusable content libraries, and manage proposal production and submissions.

Maintain, secure, and support servers, workstations, and networks; perform patching, troubleshooting (Tier 1-3), imaging/provisioning, asset lifecycle management, and enforce GovCon export-control compliance (ITAR/EAR). Assist audits, vulnerability remediation, and end-user support.

Ensure manufacturing executes to engineering-managed configuration baselines: enforce revision/version control, serial-level traceability, ECN implementation, configuration status accounting, and coordination with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering during ramp to scalable production.

Own and operate the companys ITAR/EAR export compliance program: manage DDTC/BIS license applications, conduct ECCN/CJ determinations, maintain license tracking and TCPs, perform screenings and audits, deliver training, support transactions and M&A due diligence, and serve as primary regulatory contact.

Lead development and transition of quantum sensing, communications, and computing capabilities into fieldable defense systems. Build roadmap, manage prototyping and integration, drive capture and programs, partner with DoD/primes, and recruit and mentor a team while ensuring compliance with security, ITAR/EAR, and acquisition processes.

Receive, inspect, and log inbound materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and traceability per AS9100 and FAA requirements. Quarantine discrepancies, maintain records in ERP/MRP, coordinate with QA, Procurement, and Production, support inventory audits, and stage materials for production while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Develop and maintain company-wide compliance programs for export controls, aviation, and quality standards. Lead ITAR/EAR compliance, export classifications, licensing, TCPs, restricted-party screening, audits, training, investigations, and cross-functional guidance to mitigate regulatory risk in aerospace and defense.

Lead technical aerospace projects across full product lifecycle: plan and execute multi-phase programs, manage schedules and budgets, oversee risk and compliance, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, produce status reporting, support proposals, and drive improvements to project management practices.

Lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise technical training for Heven Aerotech UAV platforms. Own customer curriculum and Bridge LMS content, standardize instructor delivery, run multi-week training events, translate engineering data into instructional materials, ensure FAA/AS9100/ISO audit readiness, and align training with engineering, regulatory, and flight operations stakeholders.

Provide executive support and manage daily office operations including visitor management and ITAR-compliant security protocols, supplies and kitchen management, travel booking, drafting communications, preparing presentations, event coordination, calendar management, and general administrative tasks.

Manage and maintain standard cost models, perform variance analysis, reconcile inventory (RM/WIP/FG), support month- and year-end close, analyze product profitability, collaborate on BOMs and cost reduction, produce cost reports/dashboards, support audits, and drive process improvements to ensure GAAP-compliant inventory valuation and accurate manufacturing cost reporting.

Hands-on role integrating mechanical and electrical UAS subsystems for multirotor platforms. Responsibilities include mounting payloads, wiring avionics, resolving interface conflicts, maintaining integration documentation (ICDs, wiring diagrams, weight budgets), coordinating with vendors/partners, supporting NDAA supply chain compliance, and identifying integration risks with mitigation recommendations.

Coordinate inbound/outbound domestic and international shipments, maintain shipping/export documentation and inventory accuracy, manage carriers and customs, support receiving/inspection, maintain ERP/MRP data, ensure regulatory and quality compliance (ITAR/EAR/FAA/AS9100), track KPIs, support NPI and continuous improvement in an aerospace environment.

Manage end-to-end semi-monthly payroll across multiple entities and states, ensuring DCAA and multi-jurisdictional compliance, payroll ledger integrity, reconciliations, tax filings, workers' comp, timekeeping controls, audit support, and payroll process automation and documentation.

Support end-to-end supply chain activities including purchase order creation and follow-up, supplier management, inventory control and cycle counts, inbound/outbound logistics, freight documentation, ERP/MRP data maintenance, supplier performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure production continuity, compliance, and continuous improvement in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
