Own and scale the AS9100D Quality Management System for UAS manufacturing: implement procedures, configuration control, inspections, internal and customer audits, NCR management, supplier quality, metrics tracking, and lead a team of incoming/in-process/final assembly inspectors while maintaining Quality independence from Production and Engineering.

Lead enterprise compliance across export controls (ITAR/EAR), industrial security (NISPOM), cybersecurity (CMMC/NIST 800-171), ethics, EHS, HIPAA/benefits, and government contracting. Supervise Safety Manager and IT Administrator, manage EO/FSO functions, oversee audits, investigations, training, vendor relationships, and regulatory reporting to DoD and other agencies.

Lead design, analysis, testing, and integration of airframe structures and subsystems for unmanned aerial platforms. Drive manufacturability, validation strategies, prototype-to-production transitions, technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex mechanical engineering challenges.
